I used to make Chloe sit before she got fed. Then, she went through a phase where we needed to coax her to eat, especially in the morning. (Yes, obviously something was wrong. A pug not eating?!?! We got her soft palate fixed.) Now she seems to think she can’t eat until we put 4 or 6 piece of kibble on the floor for her to eat first. So I have given up on making her sit… (yes, shame on me.)
